SW China's Shuanghe Cave becomes longest in Asia

The 238-kilometer long Shuanghe Cave in southwest China’s Guizhou province has become the longest cave in Asia and the sixth-longest in the world, a new fact revealed at a press conference on March 24.

The newest data indicates that Shuanghe Cave is around 238.48 kilometers long, exceeding the Clearwater Cave in Malaysia, the previous longest cave in Asia, thereby upgrading the ranking into the sixth-longest in the world, as was announced by the exploration researchers.
