WELLINGTON, March 27 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand on Monday inked a cooperation agreement on the Belt and Road Initiative with China, becoming the first among Western developed countries.
Visiting Chinese Premier Li Keqiangand his New Zealand counterpart Bill English witnessed the signing of the document.
